This position is accountable for maintaining patient satisfaction through the management of CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinic's centralized.
Ensures bad debts and charity are properly approved, timely written off and bad debts are timely placed to a collection agency. Assists patients with completing charity applications. Oversees self-pay collection activities including utilization of all pertinent technology solutions.
This position requires leading staff training within the department, ensure patient questions and concerns are handled in a prompt, friendly manor.
The individual in this role works to improve current departmental processes and policies in a way that increases both operational efficiencies and patient satisfaction.
High school graduate
5 years experience in a healthcare setting, and supervisory experience. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
