Primary and Urgent Care Medical Group Administrator

The Administrator – Primary Care and Urgent Care will work to provide strategic and operational leadership for a defined group of clinical departments. Responsibilities will include assuring the delivery of exceptional and evidence based care to patients within every specialty, including assurance that service standards will exceed expectations and delight our customers. The Administrator will have overall accountability for working with the executive leadership to develop strategic plans that contain insight into what is necessary to position SSM Health St. Louis Medical Group as the preferred system for each specialty, along with accountability for assuring daily operations that support the overall strategic direction. Overall budget accountability (development, monitoring and adhering to budget) are embedded in this role, along with leading and supporting efforts to achieve operational efficiency goals. The Administrator will have HR responsibilities for non-physician staff and will also ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. Clinical Quality:
