We are looking for a HR Director to be a strategic partner and provide human resources, talent and organizational development expertise. The HR Director will partner with executive business leaders to develop and align HR strategy to address business needs, and to meet business strategic objectives. The HR Director assesses and anticipates HR – related needs and communicates needs proactively within the HR department. This role will support our hospital and clinic operations in College Station and Brenham, Texas.
The ideal HR Director will demonstrate the ability to be a strategic partner, partner well with executive business leaders and Center of Expertise. He/She will proactively evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning of current, proposed and new programs/strategies as they impact the attraction, motivation, engagement and retention of the organizations human capital.
