Position Summary and Responsibilities
The RTC Therapist is responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy for assigned patients, according to their individual needs. The RTC Therapist completes individual psychosocial assessments and assigns treatment objectives and goals accordingly. The RTC Therapist is responsible for completing clinical case presentations, when necessary, at court, Child and Family Team Meetings, and weekly treatment team meetings. The RTC Therapist works closely with the psychiatrist and other members of the interdisciplinary team, including the family, to assess progress and complete the discharge planning process. The RTC Therapist is responsible for providing clinical services in accordance with licensing requirements.
