The successful candidate will utilize their leadership experience to effectively direct the department while working closely with the medical staff, patients, and other departments within the organization. Will be required to share call with existing staff.
Qualified applicants must be CT Registered. 2-3 years of previous experience preferred.

Walter Memorial Living Center (constructed in 1998), and Valley Medical Clinic in Big Springs, NE. Sedgwick County Health Center is a county owned organization. Sedgwick County Health Center’s service area is defined as Sedgwick County and portions of Phillips County in Colorado, and Deuel and Garden Counties in panhandle Nebraska.
Sedgwick County Health Center is the only health care provider in Sedgwick County. The closest health care facility is 30 miles southwest of Julesburg. Sedgwick County Health Center completed a three year renovation/remodel of the hospital/clinic in 2006. This project was specifically renovation of 11,686 square feet and the construction of 8,700 square feet. It increased the old ER space from 244 square feet to over 2800 square feet of ER and Trauma rooms with expanded services; created a new obstetric ward with two suites; established a large physical therapy depa...rtment and fitness center; and united the hospital and clinic into one physical entity.
