Abrazo West Campus (located at 136th Avenue and McDowell Road in Goodyear) is a 188-bed acute care hospital serving the healthcare needs of the residents of the southwest Valley since September 2003. DESCRIPTION: Energetic, experienced team player, knowledgeable in all aspects of Interventional Radiology, including cat scan/special procedures/Interventional Radiology. Works with the Radiologist and other personnel to provide diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Angiography Suite. Works with the Radiologists and other personnel to provide diagnostic and Interventional Radiology procedures in the Special Procedures areas within Diagnostic Imaging. Functional supervision may be exercised over cross-training Radiologic Technologists and/or students.
Special Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to understand oral and written instructions stated in radiological and medical terms and to exchange information with patients and staff. Should be able to independently scrub and pan all Interventional Radiologic procedures. Should be knowledgeable with all Interventional Radiologic procedures and equipment used. On call is required.

Completion of JRCERT approved program in Radiologic Technology.
ARRT and MRTBE
Must be able to get Cat Scan license in 6 months.
Completion of JRCERT approval formal program in Radiologic Technology.
Current Arizona Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT) and CPR required.
Three years Interventional Radiology.
