Answer customer calls: Interfacility and 911 requests. Schedule service requests. Accurately input and update call data. Act as a customer liaison with hospitals, fire and police agencies, and other departments. 5. Research and answer customer inquiries. 6. Using MPDS protocols, demonstrate ability to successfully interrogate callers for incident location, patient medical information, and correct triage and classification of medical complaints. Perform all other duties as assigned or required.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. EMT-Basic or higher level licensure/certification is preferred
