We are seeking a Lead Audiologist with an AuD degree to work in Fairfax, VA, evaluating pediatric and adult patients in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. The qualified candidate will have experience in pediatrics, Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing and other electrophysiologic testing, as well as, knowledge of cochlear implant (CI) technologies including evaluation and proficiency in neural response testing in the operating room. The audiologist will be responsible for the evaluation of hearing in newborns in both inpatient and outpatient setting, diagnosing hearing loss, providing intervention recommendations and reporting results to the state, hospital, and primary care providers (PCP). Adult patient evaluation occurs in hospital inpatient setting only. Position is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, professional audiologist to further develop their clinical skills and have a leadership role within the practice.
