This role is a key member of the Information Technology team leading and managing a team responsible for business application and support services, with a primary responsibility of partnering with business areas and providing technology solutions and services that help the strategic vision and purpose. This position directs and manages the application systems roadmap, software development, implementation, administration and maintenance for a large suite of enterprise business application systems and solutions for the organization.

Provides leadership and direction to the team responsible for application development and support services.
Lead teams in the planning, design, configuration, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
Conducts performance reviews; provides ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure continued development of team members.
Develops, manages, and controls departmental expenditures against the operating expense and capital budgets.
Lead and direct team of technical healthcare data specialists (Onshore and offshore)
Create and provide reporting to program leadership and clients to accurately communicate status, issues, risks, recommendations
Manage program and partner expectations and relationships
Ensure necessary quality assurance processes are in implemented and followed
Responsible for all enterprise applications and develops multi-year application and technology roadmaps aligning to corporate strategy.
Leads the evaluation and research for new IT solutions to meet strategic objectives.
Develops strategy and provides leadership role in IT outsourcing/insourcing activities including RFPs, evaluating pricing and technology solution offerings.
Interfaces with all levels of management, implementing processes and technology that support business value and process efficiency across business and technical functions.
Performs leadership role in identifying opportunities for further leveraging cloud technology and define business cases for migration where appropriate.
Understands the overall corporate strategy and leads IT team to maintain, adjust or evolve to support planned direction.
Stays abreast of existing and emerging IT and industry trends and relevant business developments associated with current and new technologies.
Manages and Leads IT Portfolio Management. (This includes but is not limited to IT Demand Management, IT Portfolio Prioritization, Project Management, and Business Analysis.)
Interfaces with key partners and vendors, ensuring they understand project deliverables, meet timing and cost deadlines, and collaborate with internal project stakeholders while augmenting internal team resources.
Ensures clear communication of project scope, timing, prioritization, budgets, resource needs, and progress on an ongoing basis.
Responsible for driving the Satellite Healthcare culture through values and customer service standards
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Mathematics or comparable degree
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying
10+ years of IT experience leading application development and support teams.
