Responsible for working as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business process, policies, financial data and information systems
Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Works with Sterile Processing Department and Case Cart Operations center to develop reports and conduct analytics.
Analyzes reports and provides senior management with written and verbal reports on pertinent variances/trends, providing recommendations for process improvements.
Meets with managers and directors to design and develop analytical reports that assist them with their strategic or operational decision-making process.
Identifies opportunities to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness, including faster, easier, more efficient ways to manipulate and report data.
Works effectively with related department managers in the development and maintenance of reports .
Simulate systems to understand and recommend changes to processes and capacity management policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Planning and Strategy
Research current challenges and trends in the field and brings information and recommendations back to leadership for consideration.
Participate in business planning, needs analysis and business risk assessment.
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
Recommend measures to improve processes, employee performance, and quality of service provided to the customer.

Seeking candidates with experience working with database query, basic programming knowledge, good knowledge of statistical techniques and packages, and advanced MS-Excel skills.
Preference will be given to candidates that demonstrate previous experience working on simulation and optimization projects.
Preference will be given to candidates with Supply Chain Management or Logistics or Inventory Management analytics experience.
Previous experience developing reports using reporting tools, such as Tableau, is desirable.
Previous experience with Epic's reporting platforms is desirable.
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Management) discipline and 3 years' experience (Required); Master's Degree (preferred) with 0-1 years' experience.
