Interpath Laboratory is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, focused and knowledgeable candidate to provide expertise and guidance to clients and staff in all scientific matters. The right candidate will lead efforts to bring on new technology and services, and oversee and supervise the quality department within the technical lab including the COOL Committee.
The Laboratory Chief Science and Quality Officer is responsible for all elements and operational activities of the clinical laboratory from technical, testing and reporting for all entities, as well as ensuring the satisfaction of our clients in the patient service centers by delivering clients high quality laboratory services and directing/managing operations in a manner that facilitates/supports sales in the area.
Monitoring and management/ direction of additional clinical laboratory and patient service center sites within the region may be necessary.

Education: PhD degree in a laboratory science (Bachelor’s degree minimum) with a broad knowledge of multiple laboratory testing departments
Licensure/Certification: ASCP; other national certifications considered
