The Senior Software Developer builds, implements and tests new applications, upgrades, enhancements and database designs, and performs maintenance to ensure system compatibility. The Senior Software Developer also conceives, experiments with, and presents architectural approaches for software applications. In addition, the Senior Software Developer establishes technical standards and guidelines for effective programming, provides an advanced level of technical expertise and product knowledge to ensure successful implementation and support, and works with users in support of business applications/ specifications.
The ideal candidate for the Senior Software Developer role will demonstrate a strong commitment to the philosophy and values of the Baylor Scott & White Health System, have extensive experience developing windows forms and windows services solutions and have the ability to provide full leadership in project implementations.
