This position will support the Federal Government's response efforts to COVID-19. The function of the Medical Instrument Technician (Anesthesia) assigned to VAMC Orlando is to perform logistical and technical support to anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists assigned to the facility. They maintain anesthesiology supplies and equipment, set-up anesthetizing locations and operate, monitor, and collect data from anesthesia related equipment. Also performs equipment preventive maintenance/repair.
