The Dietetic Technician (DT) is responsible for the nutrition screening, diet instruction, and nutrition care plan implementation for patients admitted to the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, Las Vegas (VASNHS). The DT serves as a food service call center operator. The incumbent is assigned in the Clinical Nutrition Section located at the Nutrition & Food Service in support of the VASNHS.
