HCT seeks an experienced healthcare quality professional to join a strong and respected leadership team as the permanent Director of Quality at a 200+ bed hospital in Colorado. The Director’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
organizing, leading, implementing and supervising day-to-day operations of Quality and public reporting, and
supporting the organization’s mission and vision through planning, designing, and evaluating Performance Improvement opportunities.
Compensation: base, bonus, generous benefits package that includes a progressive PTO program and 401K with match. Relocation assistance is available.
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ progressive leadership experience in Quality in an acute care setting with 3 years managing a hospital’s Quality Improvement Program; knowledge of all public reporting (Leapfrog, Q-HIP, HQIP, et al); desire to be part of a health system focused on continuous quality improvement
Certifications: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office suite; working knowledge of Health Information Management, data/statistics, reporting
