This incumbent serves as an Intermittent Health Technician (EMT) in the Fire Service at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center (BCVAMC). The department also provides medical assistance to Fort Custer National Cemetery, which is adjacent to the Medical Center.The cemetery property and buildings are located on 770 acres of which approximately ¾ is heavily wooded.
