Work Hours/Shift:

• FT- Flexibility is a Must. Shifts can vary AM-PM 8hr, 10hr or 12hr. Open availability during the Week and weekends.

You Will Be Responsible For:  

· Oversee all operations of the farm

· Setting standards for growing all specimens, including the schedule and nutrient intake

· Ensuring proper preparation for harvesting times

· Monitoring and ordering supplies

· Experimenting with growing conditions to improve efficiency

· Compiling/maintaining a projected budget

· Water testing on a regular basis

· Running regular financial reports

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in a hydroponic farm

· Extensive knowledge of botany and the art of growing plants without soil

· Ability to lead a tea during harvest time

· Forward-thinking mindset

· Ability to conduct formal training sessions and presentations

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:

· At least 1 year of formal management experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· High school diploma or equivalent

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

· Bachelor’s degree in an agriculture-related field

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

N/A

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:

· Trade school certification with hydroponics specialty

· CPR certification
