The Scrub Tech in the Operating Room (OR) is required to have a minimum of three (3) years current or recent experience in the OR. Incumbent must be self-directed and competent to work independently, be able to work under stressful situations and have the physical ability to stand for long periods of time when in the scrub role. Incumbent must take call on a rotating basis. Incumbent will be expected to scrub for all specialties, and unit-specific orientation will be provided.
