PRIMARY FUNCTION : Analyzes and defines constituent requirements and operating problems, and determines solutions, alternatives and the recommend "do-it-yourself" (DIY), approach to solve the information processing needs. Assists in designs and installation of Personal Computer Systems. Acts as an internal consultant to management in DIY disciplines and techniques. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : -
Primary focus is Citrix and Citrix related technologies including XenDesktop, XenApp, PVS, MCS, StoreFront, NetScaler integrations, Server 2012R2 and above, Windows 10 1909 and above, NVidia GRID and HDX 3D, etc. -
Provides Planning, Design and Implementation of Citrix technologies in a HA environment. -
Analyzes software architecture, develops and executes methods to test applications updates. -
Evaluates, tests, designs, and documents configurations and dependencies for all new hardware or software desktop products using a detailed, consistent, and methodical approach. -
Assists manager in development and establishment of strategic and tactical DIY plans, standards/procedures, education and training programs. -
Identifies, evaluates, recommends, implements, and manages change process for enhancements to assigned systems, products and facilities as appropriate to the needs of the business. -
Keeps abreast of current technologies and facilities (e.g., languages, products, aids, telecommunication) as they become available, and educates peers and customers. -
Provides advanced problem resolution assistance and constituent support for assigned systems, products and facilities. -
Provides advanced start-up assistance and services to clients including administration and coordination of the implementation of DIY facilities and directs constituent training or assists in identifying sources of education (e.g., install PC equipment and configured the hardware and software). -
Provides expert technical consultation and expert support in the use of assigned constituent systems, DIY products and facilities. -
Identifies, evaluates, and recommends opportunities to improve constituent's productivity through the effective use of DIY technologies. (e.g. recommend use of a particular PC package that meets a specific user need.) -
Assists in identifying information sources. -
Identifies and pursues opportunities for the continuing professional development of self to enable -
increased understanding of the various ChristianaCare functions and how new information technology can be applied at Christiana Care -
Assists the manager in other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : -
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration or experience consistent with the Information Center Analyst job responsibilities. -
Graduate work in business areas would be desirable, but not essential. -
Three to four years of experience in Information Services. |
