Lead Medical Technologist
Amended: Duties, Hours, Close Date The Lead Medical Technologist for Chemistry serves in one or more sections of a clinical laboratory and in addition, is assigned specialized and complex laboratory tasks beyond providing patient test results. He/She is responsible for all aspects of operation in their area of Specialty, including preparation and maintenance of records and reports, analysis of testing methodologies, training, instrumentation and compliance to regulatory and Service requirements. The Lead Medical Technologist for Chemistry: Conducts studies and recommends changes to correct deficiencies and improve the specialty area.
