You Will Be Responsible For:
Responsible for supporting the strategic vision of the Director of Reputation Management and Manager of Reputation Management.
Work with internal staff, cross-functional teams and partners/vendors to implement and ensure success of a cross-channel reputation management strategy, accounting for social media and third-party platforms.
Apply reputation management best practices to ensure all pages and accounts are thoroughly and appropriately managed.
Execute and improve overarching reputation management strategies that incorporate risk and crisis management and service recovery.
Support reputation management goals and tactics, including the development of reputation management strategies and associated launch timelines.
Adhere to workflows for reputation management processes that take into account all stakeholders, campus and region needs, and rising industry concerns.
Ensure clear and streamlined communication and processes between all stakeholders involved in addressing reputation management concerns.
Assist in leading education on and adherence to brand voice and perspective, and approved messaging for all digital content.
Manage and answer incoming consumer communications across multiple digital platforms.
Daily employ social listening techniques, including use of a proprietary third-party platform, to keep abreast of issues
Establish and/or maintain reputation management standards and accuracy/quality of service recovery.
Monitor and update the status of large-scale reputation and digital risk management tasks assigned on a daily basis.
Manage and adhere to digital content governance models.
Measure the effectiveness of risk management solutions including: sentiment model, page ratings, content/brand integrity, etc.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or related field and 1-3 years of experience.
A portfolio of content across channels.
Proven experience with strategic digital outreach including content creation for blogs, Twitter, Facebook, mobile apps, etc. and search engine optimization (SEO).
Proficient in Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization and lead across a variety of leadership/management structures, internal teams (IT, Business, Finance), and partners/vendors.
Experience and advanced proficiency with MS Office, content management systems and health-related data sets.
Strong conceptual knowledge of CRM/PRM systems, content management systems, browser applications, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, mobile and web analytics tools.
Proven ability to successfully manage concurrent projects, work in a fast-paced and complex environment, execute large projects, and work under multiple and competing deadlines.
Strong attention to detail for to manage content and copy approval process across all verticals.
Excellent customer services skills, and the ability to build rapport and relationships across administrators, team members, physicians, customers/patients, vendors and the community.
Ability to manage and set client expectations throughout content lifecycles to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.
Display high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines.
The Reputation Specialist implements and evaluates strategic, multichannel content that educates and engages consumers. This position reports to the Manager of Reputation Management.
