Description JOB SUMMARY: The Ops Improvement Engineer 2 guides support services to improve operations from a systems approach, under occasional guidance. The Ops Improvement Engineer conducts current and future process mapping, and recommends and implements changes that add to the value stream in order to meet financial targets and improve quality of care, patient safety, and overall patient satisfaction. Shares knowledge of Lean tools for continuous improvement and guides others in financial analysis of projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops project plans to include problem statement, current state, root cause analysis, future state, solutions, action plan, expected benefit, verification and follow up. Demo
