Overview Fairview Health Services is looking for a Float Laboratory Care Technician at Fairview Ridges Hospital and Fairview Southdale Hospital. This position is 64 hours/2 week pay period, 8 hour shifts with start times varying between 5:00AM-6:00AM, 11:00AM, and 1:30-2:30PM, and including weekends as needed, up to every other weekend. This LCT position is in the Lab Float Pool. Lab Float Pool employees regularly travel to multiple sites to fill open shifts and regular travel is defined as the expectation to be available to travel 100% at any time to different locations based on the business needs.
