Position Summary The HIM Technician 2 is responsible for the management of the electronic medical records. The HIM Phones Team is looking for a fast learner to fill our HIM Tech 2 position. This role is responsible for releasing medical records for continued care purposes and taking phone calls for our HIM service line. This is a high paced position that requires good attention to detail, an understanding of medical records and the laws/regulations requirements around HIPAA.
