Job Summary Supervises the operation and performance of the Histology Laboratory (including Autopsy Suite and Frozen Section room). Supervises personnel in procuring, preparing, staining of tissue sections and assisting pathologists in making microscopic diagnoses. Minimum Qualifications Degree: Bachelor's In Medical Technology, Histotechnology or a related field including biology or chemistry License/Certification: ASCP Histotechnologist (HTL) preferred ASCP Histotechnician (HT) Work Experience: Seven (7) Years Work Experience as a Histotechnician, 2 years in in Immunohistochemical staining techniques with a test menu > 20 stains, Experience with Ventana, preferred Two (2) Years Supervisor
