St. Lukes Health System is seeking an attorney with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in employment law to head its Labor and Employment Legal Team. The candidate should have extensive experience in all areas of employment law, including employment discrimination, complex disability and leave of absence issues. The candidate should also have experience litigating such matters in Federal and state courts and applicable Federal and state administrative agencies, including the EEOC, OSHA, and the Office for Civil Rights and their state counterparts.
