The incumbent provides planning, guidance, and oversight of departmental Quality Management (QM) program as well as assisting in long range planning of the Radiology VistA package in DHCP (this is performed in conjunction with staff from the OI&T service). The incumbent serves as a specialist providing support in the operation / management of digital image acquisition, processing, storage, and display systems the VA San Francisco Health Care System (VASFHCS).
