Atlantic Health System is seeking a Secretary/Technician at Overlook Medical Center, to work 6am-6:30pm including weekend coverage as needed.

• Schedule patients for cardiovascular testing, and registration.
• Will efficiently coordinate the flow of patients, physicians and staff in a fast-paced patient care setting.
• Will be focused and flexible, willing to pitch in as needed and assist with patient care and transportation as needed to meet the patient and department needs.
• Must be flexible to adjust hours to meet the needs of the department.
• Must be proficient at coordination and organization of administrative duties to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of patient flow.
• Must promote the Atlantic Health System PRIDE Values.

Qualifications/Rquirments:

• Exceptional communication, organizational and customer service skills

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Relevant Experience:

• Prior administrative and/or patient care experience in health care preferred
• Registration experience is desirable
