Atlantic Health System is seeking a Secretary/Technician at Overlook Medical Center, to work 6am-6:30pm including weekend coverage as needed.
Responsibilities
Schedule patients for cardiovascular testing, and registration.
Will efficiently coordinate the flow of patients, physicians and staff in a fast-paced patient care setting.
Will be focused and flexible, willing to pitch in as needed and assist with patient care and transportation as needed to meet the patient and department needs.
Must be flexible to adjust hours to meet the needs of the department.
Must be proficient at coordination and organization of administrative duties to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of patient flow.
Must promote the Atlantic Health System PRIDE Values.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Rquirments:
Exceptional communication, organizational and customer service skills
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Relevant Experience:
Prior administrative and/or patient care experience in health care preferred
Registration experience is desirable
