Maintain a set of balanced scorecard metrics, lead the integration of thelaboratory within the hospital environment, manage relationships of the laboratory with other hospital services, managethe lab personnel, maintain an understanding of IT systems and data sources associated with hospital laboratory services.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:  Minimum Experience Requirements5 years MT or MLT experience, including 3 years hospital supervision and management. Education RequirementBS/BA in chemical, physical, clinical lab/medical technology, Health Care Administration, or equivalent area pertaining to the laboratory.  License/Certifications Requirement ASCP Certification or equivalentYour Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
