Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall daily operations, financial management, and personnel management of the laboratory. This includes CAP accreditation, budgeting, capital expenditures, quality and productivity measures, instrumentation and oversight of core labs, MTs, MLTs, and phlebotomists at hospital and clinics.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree
At least five years of supervisory/management experience in high complexity testing must meet the CLIA 1988 requirements as a high complexity testing General Supervisor
ASCP (or other recognized accrediting body) certified
