SUMMARY: Under the direction of the IT Infrastructure Supervisor, the Systems Administrator works closely with the Systems Engineers to install, maintain and upgrade the organization's physical and virtual servers, software and other devices as required. Assists in the management of virtual and physical servers, desktops, and all associated hardware and software onsite and offsite. Manages network user access, accounts and file system, in accordance with role-based permission standards. Works as an escalation point and mentor for the IT Service Desk to help ensure quality customer service.
