Lab Supervisor - Core Lab/Blood Bank
Additional Information About the Role- Missouri Baptist Medical Center has an opening in the Core Lab for a Supervisor! This role will also work with the Blood Bank at Missouri Baptist. - Role PurposeResponsible for managing daily operations (QA/QC, equipment maintenance, workflow, service levels, operational oversight, workspace), staff (first level supervision, scheduling, coaching, staff development, CE, etc.) and performing analysis within the regulatory requirements.
