This position performs a wide variety of patient care activities including, but not limited to, maintenance of the clinical record and documentation, administering medications, giving injections, and taking vital signs.  Schedule is Full Time, M - F days (times may vary).  There is some travel between clinics (must have transportation).  This position will be a mix between clerical and clinical work.  Will also involve wound care, some wounds may be har
