The Laboratory Manager is a member of a multi-disciplinary team in the Student Health Center Medical Clinic, including primary care, gynecology, and specialty care. This position is accountable for the administration, technical, and personnel functions necessary for quality laboratory operations and management. The candidate should have a deep appreciation for the collaborative care model and advancing the divisional priorities of quality, access and inclusion, and mattering and belonging.   Job Responsibilities   45% Directs daily laboratory operations, ensuring quality and integrity. Oversees and performs specimen collection, conducts routine and special clinical laboratory tests, enters data and interprets results.
