Anesthesia Technician I
JOB SUMMARY The Anesthesia Technician I (AT I) performs a variety of activities that support the Anesthesiology Service. The AT I assists anesthesiologists and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) with the technical preparation for inducing anesthesia, intubation, and airway management. The AT I demonstrates personal and professional effectiveness. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Licensure/Specialized Training: Education:High School diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an Anesthesia Technology program preferred.Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support from a hospital-based American Heart Association (AHA) approved program.
