YRMC also has numerous clinics and associated specialty centers, (40+), Cancer Center, Specialty Clinic, Family Medicine Center, Heart Center, and a brand new, and a state of the art, 72 bed Emergency Department (one of the busiest in the state with 75k annual visits). YRMC is the only Level IV trauma center within 180 miles.

Summary:
The Administrative Director Laboratory Services is primarily accountable for the planning, implementation, and operation of the laboratory department to meet the organization's needs. Directing the activities of pathologists, technologist, and support staff of three locations including two large outpatient facilities and the main campus of the hospital. This role provides leadership and expertise in departmental management, including human resources, financial management, and quality management, in support of YRMC's mission, vision, and strategic objectives. https://www.yumaregional.org/services/laboratory-services/
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) certification
- 5+ years of related experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
Salary Range:
- Minimum: $132,879.688 + bonus
- Midpoint: $172,743.594 + bonus

- Engage staff in cost containment efforts and improve service efficiency and cost-effectiveness
