These positions are located within the Orthotics and Prosthetics Central Fabrication Laboratory at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System in Seattle, WA. Applicants must meet the following requirements to qualify for this position: ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: In accordance with 38 U.S.C 7402(d), No person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English. -AND- SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: At least one year of specialized experience that is equivalent to at least the GS-7 level in the Federal service and that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) needed to successfully perform the duties of the position and that is typically in or related to the position (Health Technician - Prosthetic/Orthotic Techni
