OverviewThis position provides direct patient care under the supervision of an RN, APN, PA, or Physician. Responsible for assisting licensed professionals with patient procedures and completing patient care tasks within scope of training. This position utilizes knowledge, judgment, and skills achieved through FHP-provided technical training and certifications, such as ACLS, PALS, EKG and Phlebotomy. Participates in the training and orientation of Emerg Tech staff, as assigned. Provides high quality care and an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities Performs receptionist/clerical duties to support overall operating efficiency and effective communication and flow of information throughout the department. Order supplies and trouble
