Responsibilities This posting is for an oncology pharmacy technician to work primarily on the day shift (0700-1500 or 0800-1600) at Carol G Simon at Overlook Medical Center.The incumbent candidate will be responsible to work every third weekend. The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for medication preparation and delivery, use of pharmacy automation which includes Medication Carousel, Omnicell and EPIC. The incumbent technician will be responsible for the safe and accurate preparation of intravenous admixtures, which include chemotherapy, in accordance with USP 797 and USP 800 guidelines.
