The Lead Medical Technologist (MT) will work primarily within the Blood Bank section of the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service for the North Florida/South Georgia VA Medical System located in Gainesville, Florida. The Lead MT facilitates team or unit processes by working in collaboration with other team members to ensure the tasks, priorities, goals, and needs of the Blood Bank are met under the direction of the Blood Bank supervisor and day shift Lead Technologist.
