Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a per-diem Pharmacist II for the Pharmacy at Morristown Medical Center to work 2 days a week, 3:00pm - 11:00pm and every other weekend. Responsibilities Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Profiling / Transcribing: Reviews patient profiles to assure appropriate therapy based on patient specific information that includes at least the following: age, gender, diagnosis, co-morbidities, relevant laboratory values, allergies, height, weight and BSA, pregnancy and lactation status. Reviews and transcribes all medication orders including specialized orders based on approved protocols accurately and timely verifying therapy, correct medication, route, dose and frequency.
