Medical Instrument Technician (Polysomnography)
The incumbent will be assigned as a Medical Instrument Technician (Polysomnography) and will be under the Pulmonary Section under Medical service. Will serve as a senior Sleep Technician and/or lead and will assist in scheduling, preparing, collecting, monitoring and assessing complex biological electroencephalographic and pulmonary data for multiple specific difficult polysomnographic procedures independent of direct supervision in accordance with the established guidelines. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
