The incumbent possesses the ability to work with a team in a professional manner with Veterans who have a Mental Health or Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and who participate in Compensated Work Therapy (CWT) or Supported Employment (SE) for purposes of carrying out administrative, health care and transportation duties in Mental Health general and specialized treatment units/programs. The incumbent functions as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. The MHT with primary CWT/SE program responsibilities reports to the Mental Health Lead Social Worker. The MHT may be requested to assist with other duties that cross programs or other patient related duties as assigned.
