MRI Technologist
A Radiological Technologist works under the direction of a radiologist utilizing radiographic, fluoroscopic and other high-tech imaging equipment. These Technologists are graduates of 2 or 4 year programs. Radiological Technologists must be certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists and licensed by the state of New York. Education: Graduate from an A.M.A. approved school of Radiological Technology Experience: Entry level to experienced Training/License: NYS Radiologic Technologist License, ARRT (R) preferred, ARRT (MR) preferred.
