Laboratory Assistant II - Physiology
DescriptionThe focus of the Lab is on elucidating the mechanism of disease for periodic paralysis and myotonia, resulting from ion channel mutations, and then to leverage this knowledge for the design and preclinical testing of disease modifying agents in our knock-in mutant mouse models.
