At the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, we’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist to join our Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) team. In this role, you’ll independently perform advanced OB/GYN and fetal imaging, including nuchal translucency (NT) and fetal echocardiography, to support high-quality, patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do
Perform comprehensive OB ultrasound exams, including dating, NT, fetal anatomy, growth, and biophysical profiles (BPPs)
Conduct high-risk and advanced MFM studies, including fetal echocardiography
Ensure precise patient positioning and maintain a safe, comfortable exam environment
Analyze patient history to guide accurate diagnostics, and escalate critical findings promptly
Prepare images for physician review and maintain patient documentation
Maintain ultrasound equipment cleanliness and functionality, reporting any issues as needed
Support front desk operations and complete clerical duties as necessary
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to AIUM protocols

ARDMS certification in OB/GYN, required
Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification, required
Fetal Echocardiography credential (RDMS-FE or RDCS-FE), preferred
Additional certifications in Abdomen (AB) or Vascular (RVT), a plus
1–2 years of experience in OB/GYN ultrasound
Graduation from an Accredited Ultrasound Program
